About The Institution
Global Indian International School (GIIS) has always been known for its high number of IB achievers. School was founded in 2002 and has grown from 48 students in its early years to 23 campuses across 8 countries in Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, UAE, Vietnam and India, providing quality international education to over 60,000 students from over 70 countries in just under 20 years.
GIIS crosses the 200-award milestone by winning 64 awards in education excellence in a single calendar year. GIIS Tokyo emerges as the world's only overseas international school appearing in the top 10 CBSE rankings among the 600+ affiliated schools operating outside India.

In the May 2022 IB exam, 6 students scored a perfect 45, 15 students scored a near-perfect 44, 49.7% scored 40 and above, and 76.4% scored 35 and above, growing to be the most awarded school in the world in 20 years.

Academic Term
Each academic year starts in April and is divided into 3 semesters. The semester for CBSE 12th-grade students starts in February, and the semester for IBDP 1st and 2nd-grade students starts in July.
